Each user receives a User Number, e.g. 13345, which, together with the password provided by the Library employee, should be noted in order to log in to the Integro library catalog using them. Integro catalog and search engine

The catalog covers the entire book collection in the Library and is updated on a regular basis. It has rich search capabilities to help users quickly discern the book resources. It is simple and intuitive in use. Searching can be done by specifying a particular title or author, as well as with the help of subject passwords.

The Integro library catalog is used not only to search for publications, but also to remotely borrow e-books in our collection.

The catalog can be used anywhere there is Internet access. If a user just wants to browse the collection, he does not have to log in. However, if he wants to reserve a particular publication or borrow an e-book, he must log in.

1. login to Integro directory

In order to log in you need an individual User Number (login) and a password given to the User when creating an account by a Library employee (the first password is generated by the system, then the user can change it).

2. search for items in the catalog

We can search for individual items in the catalog by title, author or subject.

3. ordering paper publications

After clicking on a particular publication, we will see all the necessary information and the catalog number (signature) of the book with the designation respectively: M – Warehouse, CZ – Reading Room. Books from the Warehouse are intended for borrowing outside, books from the Reading Room are made available on the spot, in exceptional cases they can also be borrowed for a short period at the user’s request. It is a good idea to note the reference number and give it to the Library employee, as it streamlines the borrowing process.

4. e-book lending

To search for electronic documents in the catalog, select the appropriate format on the side panel, as shown in the first screenshot. Below. Then the system will search for the “set” items only in electronic version (second screenshot). After clicking on a given title, we can check its availability and borrow it online by entering the command: Action. We remind you that the user must be logged in to perform this operation.
