How to apply?
Below, we have presented all the steps necessary to make registration simple and not require a lot of time. In case of problems, the employees of the recruitment office will assist you in any matter. All you need to do is choose the right course of study! Shall we begin ?!

STEP 1 – Register in the online system and upload scans of your documents
Prepare scans of the documents required at this stage:
• A photo (official, like a passport photo)
• Foreign passport (page with photo and personal details)
• For candidates for Bachelor’s programs – high school diploma with transcript of records (if not yet available – grades from the last semester).
• For candidates for Master’s programs – Bachelor’s diploma with transcript of records (if not yet available – a grade transcript).
• Translation of your documents to English or Polish
• Proof of language proficiency at B2 level in the language of instruction (if available).
STEP 2 – Wait for a response and further instructions:
• Decision on diploma recognition (not required for IB, EB, or diplomas issued in the EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China). Detailed information about the required documents and procedure can be found in our guide: NAWA – diploma recognition
• Entrance exam (required for Bachelor’s and Engineering studies; not required if the candidate has an IB, EB diploma, or one from the EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China)
• Proof of language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
STEP 3 – We will send you the study contract and an invoice for the application and tuition fees
You will receive the documents after meeting the following requirements:
• Obtaining a decision on diploma recognition (except for IB, EB, EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, and China diplomas)
• Successfully passing the entrance exam (for Bachelor’s and Engineering studies; not required with IB, EB, EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, or China diplomas)
• Providing proof of B2-level certificate, accepted by the university
STEP 4 – Make the payment
After your payment is registered, you will receive confirmation in your online profile.
STEP 5 – Come to study and submit the required documents
A certificate of admission and an invitation (as scans) will be sent via email. Originals can be sent via DHL courier for an additional fee. Apply for a visa. A student visa or residence card/stamp confirming an application for a residence permit is required for admission.
STEP 6 – Come to study and submit the required documents
Documents according to the list (originals + copies) must be submitted upon arrival in Poland at the Recruitment Office (room 1/3).
