Professional coach and trainer with business experience. She has been working for many years as a specialist and manager in the HR departments of manufacturing and business services companies, i.e. Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. and LUKAS.

As a coach, she works with clients in managerial positions (over 300 hours) from manufacturing and business services companies. She specializes in leadership, coaching and building self-confidence.

Accredited coach of the International Coach Federation (ACC). Member of ICF Global and ICF Poland. In her coaching she uses the methods of “Art & Science of Coaching”, Solution-Focused Coaching and Co-active Coaching. Erickson Certified Professional Coach certificate (exam session and supervision in English) and certified Sales Trainers Academy.

Graduated from Political Marketing and Psychology of Management postgraduate studies at the Institute of Psychology.
