Hello everyone!

You are all invited to the Turkish introductory lesson that we will perform on January 25th! We will get to know Turkey with our 2 students from Turkey and we will prepare a traditional Turkish food together! If you would like to prepare this recipe with us, be ready with all your shopping before 10 o’clock!

Shopping list:

Bulgur
Scallion
Lettuce
Pomegranate syrup (not obligatory)
Oil or olive oil
Ted cabbage
Tomato sauce
1 cucumber
Red pepper (dust)
Cumin (dust)
Black pepper (dust)
Salt
Hot water for the bulgur.
