“Transforming Teaching with Emotional Intelligence” training in Madeira!

From July 22-26, our ladies from the Dean’s Office – Tetiana and Martyna – had the opportunity to participate in the “Transforming Teaching with Emotional Intelligence” training course as part of the Erasmus+ program in beautiful Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.

The purpose of the training was:

• Developing and improving skills and strategies of emotional intelligence in communication
• Learning about stress management and conflict resolution strategies
• Learning about the role of empathy in building positive relationships
• Exploring ways to implement emotional intelligence in educational settings

It was an inspiring and valuable experience that will surely benefit our academic community in many ways!
