Student Scientific Conference “Synergy of Success – modern trends in education and business”.

Last Friday, 19.04.2024, our academic community gathered for a day full of inspiring speeches, valuable discussions and creative exchange of ideas.

We started the conference with a scientific session “Digital Transformation in Business and Education,” where, among other things, TikTok was introduced as a tool for managing user relationships, and the secrets of GPT chat and the AI revolution in education were explored.

In the second panel, we addressed the topic “Talent and hobbies – a recipe for success in 21st century business.” Students and alumni spoke, among other things. about a healthy diet as a key to professional success, as well as about using talent in management and creating innovation at the foundation.

In the next part, a debate was held on the topic of “The Student as a Modern Entrepreneur,” in which our students and graduates, while directors, managers and employees of various companies shared their experiences.

The fourth panel was devoted to “AI and tomorrow’s technology in logistics.” Here we discussed, among other things. about RFID technology in the supply chain and artificial intelligence in freight route optimization or supply chain optimization.

In the last part of the conference, we addressed the topic “The tourism and hospitality industry – innovations, challenges and trends.” The students spoke about the peculiarities of managing small accommodations and the challenges of a food service manager.

At the very end, each participant was able to take part in the workshop and entertainment part where they could, among other things. express themselves artistically through graffiti or canvas painting, and taste dishes from different parts of the world.
